• Document Notarization: Offer notarization for a range of documents, including real estate loan signings, loan documents, power of attorney, contracts, affidavits, and more. Remote Online Notary services coming soon. 

• Identity Verification: Accurately verify the identity of all signers to prevent fraud. 

• Post Signing Procedures: Ensure all signed documents are properly notarized, organized, and promptly returned to the appropriate parties. 

• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and personal information. 

• Mobile Notary Services: Provide flexible, on-location notarizations at the client’s preferred location. 

• Availability: Offer services during non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate client’s schedules.
